There is a developed sound element to the work and Deaf audiences are welcome to wear Subpacs on entry; wearable vests that convert sound into vibrations. Tramway is a wheelchair accessible venue with a wheelchair accessible toilet. There is no Changing Places facility available.

——————————————————————————

I got some cement delivered to my house.

I wanted to build somewhere for us to go when the dance floor became forbidden.
For relief.
Somewhere that can take it.
A gap that encourages more than survival.
MUSIC AND LIGHTS
JOY AND RAGE
GRIME AND CONSTRUCTION
Somewhere epic Somewhere intimate Somewhere concrete

Its alright you can relax, everything’s out of place here anyway.

Claudia Palazzo is a London born and based artist and dancer working across the intersections and contradictions of dance, performance art, alternative cabaret, and film using her body as a responsive site to her environment and territory. Her work exists somewhere between the nightclub, gallery, and street and focuses on the live experience as a place for highly charged connections. The work/ dancing seeks to build new territories and hold spaces to consider/feel non verbal agreements and subliminal desires and understandings.

Claudia is often preoccupied with, how to move through, deal with, process and oppose systems of violence.

Surreal urgency. On the edge of feral. With a bassline.

Claudia has presented her work internationally in a wide variety of contexts and has spent a long time on the club scene.

Conrad Kira is an award-winning Producer/ DJ and from South London. His musical endeavours span from producing film soundtracks to producing Rap and Grime.
