InXestuous Sisters like to look alike. Daughters of the rave, they exist at the rhythm of techno and baroque tunes that only they can hear. When not dancing, they indulge in black cherry jams, pink stuff, whips and lipstick and get aroused by lichens and wet moss.

For Buzzcut, they will perform a post-punk act of personal-cum-communal catharsis. Watch them as they unapologetically air their dirty laundry before they burn down the house. A spring ritual of femme energy renewal – a dance on the ashes of intimacy.

Tip: Contribute to HotWorks by bringing your old femme knickers (or your ex’s). There will be a collection box in the venue.

InXestuous Sisters

InXestuous Sisters or IXS is a collaborative duo between Niya B and Giulia C. Together, they explore their transfeminist sisterhood and lesbian lust whilst reclaiming space in masculine environments and male-dominated queer spaces. They have been presenting short or durational live acts in domestic milieus, night clubs, online events and art galleries, including Riposte (London), Queer Art(ists) Now (Archive Gallery, London), @Disturbance (Ugly Duck, London) and the 2021 Every Woman Biennial (Queer Art Projects, London).

InXestuous Sisters will air their (and your) dirty laundry in a post-punk act of personal-cum-communal spring ritual of femme energy renewal.
