BUZZCUT Festival 2026 takes place at Tramway, Strange Field with additional events at Glad Cafe, The Hidden Gardens, the Gurdwara Car Park, and St Ninians Church.

Tramway

Tramway is a multi-arts venue situated in the Pollockshields area of Glasgow’s Southside. We have the majority of our events there on Wednesday 15th, Thursday 16th, and Saturday 18th April.

Access: At Tramway, there will be a Quiet Space available in the Learning Centre on the first floor.

All public areas in Tramway are wheelchair accessible, with lift access to the mezzanine and first floor. You can read more about their access info on their website.

Toilet Facilities: There are gender neutral toilets located on the ground floor and mezzanine level, and separate male and female toilets on the upper foyer. An accessible toilet which is suitable for wheelchair users is available on each level.

The Quiet Space at Tramway is open throughout the festival.

St Ninians Church

St Ninians Church is an Episcopal church in the Pollokshields area of Glasgow’s Southside. They will host Sym Stellium’s performance, forgive me, Lorde, for I am not a warrior on Thursday 16th April.

Access: St Ninians has level step-free access and accessible gender neutral toilets.

As a place of worship St Ninians is a welcoming LGBTQIA+ inclusive church it also frequently hosts performances and gigs. This performance will take place in the chapel where regular St Ninians services are held. Our event will be staffed by BUZZCUT’s Front of House team.

The Gurdwara Car Park

Location: Opposite Tramway on Albert Dr, Glasgow G41 2PE

The Gurdwara Car Park is associated with the local Gurdwara. Amber Helene Muller St Thomas will perform a portion of Carry/Comfort on Sat 18 April. Which also takes place at The Hidden Gardens.

We ask audiences to respect the space as part of a religious site. No one is allowed to use profanity, eat, consume alcohol, or smoke in the car park.

Access: It has step free access. The ground is made of packed gravel, and may be rough and uneven. There are no on-site facilities but audiences are encouraged to use Tramway’s.

The Hidden Gardens

The Hidden Gardens is an outdoor arts and community space located behind Tramway. It is accessible through Tramway and will host a portion of Amber Helene Muller St Thomas’s durational performance Carry/Comfort on Sat 18 April. This performance will also take place at the Gurdwara Car Park.

Access: The Hidden Gardens has wheelchair accessible paths throughout the garden, you can view a map of the space here.

Visitors will have access to Tramway’s toilet facilities and cafe throughout the day.

Strange Field

On Friday 17th April all of our programme takes place at Strange Field, a multi arts venue based in Glasgow’s East End.

Access: Strange Field has step free access with a ramp at its entrance, level access across the ground floor and a lift to the upper gallery.

Toilets: Strange Field has gender neutral toilets, located on the ground floor. We will be hiring an onsite portable accessible toilet for the day.



The Glad Cafe

On Thursday 16th, Central Belters will be hosting a karaoke event at Glad Cafe.

Access: There is level access into the café space. A ramp located on the right-hand side of the café provides wheelchair access to the full area.

The accessible viewing area in the venue is located at the front left of the stage, beside the bar. The venue bar includes a lowered counter section.

Toilet: The accessible toilet is located within the café. Upon entering the café, continue straight towards the bar and turn left.
